Rental Options
Standard Rental Access
The Brickhall is available to rent seven days a week and all year round. The rental rate is on a per-day basis so clients have full access to the venue starting at 9:00am on the first day of your booking date until 11:00pm on the last day. The Brickhall spaces include the Main Hall, Kitchen, the Upstairs, two moveable bar tables, and two single occupancy restrooms (space details below). Additionally clients can use the driveway next to the Farm Store for outdoor space.
Reservation Deposit: Main Hall
In order to book the venue we require a Reservation Deposit that is 50% of the total license fee plus, $500.00 for the security deposit. A cleaning fee of $200.00 will be subtracted from the $500.00 security deposit and, if no damages are found in the venue, the remaining amount will be returned concluding the event.

If clients wish to have the venue cleaned between events during the weekend it will be an additional $200.00 per cleaning.

Cleaning Fee
Cleaning the space will also be $200.00 after the rental period. This cost will be subtracted from the $500.00 security deposit and, if no damages are found, the remaining amount will be returned after the event. If clients wish to have the venue cleaned between events during the weekend it will be an additional $200.00 per cleaning.

Venue Details
Main Hall
We're in love with this historic space. The feel of exposed brick, original wood floors, and large windows with stained glass provide the perfect back drop to any event. The space is yours to use for any occasion.
The Main Hall includes use of the Kitchen and Upstairs space for the event. The Brickhall will also ensure the space is ready prior to use by coordinating with a professional cleaning company to maintain the event space.
The venue includes two single occupancy restrooms, onsite parking for deliveries, passenger loading and unloading, and for persons with disabilities. Guests may use public parking areas located on Salt Road and Main Street.

Kitchen
The Client may use the refrigerator, freezer, sink, counter tops and warming ovens at the Venue. Any caterer selected by the Client with a chef’s license is permitted to use the kitchen but will be charged an additional cleaning fee (other than Oliver's or Salvatore's which will not be charged this fee). Outside caterers may use the kitchen to for set up and serving but will prepare/cook food offsite and not at the venue.

Upstairs
The "Upstairs" space in the Brickhall is the perfect space to host small gatherings. The space is lightly furnished with couches, a coffee table, and arm chairs. Like the Main Hall, the Upstairs has exposed brick, tall ceilings, and exposed wooden beams.
