Rental Rates
THREE DAY WEEKEND RATE = $3,500.00
  • $500 Security Deposit
  • Reserve the venue for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
  • Tables, Chairs, and Flatware Included
WEEKDAY RATE = $18/person
  • $500 Security Deposit
  • ​Reserve the venue on a day between Monday-Thursday.

WHAT ARE THE EVENT HOURS?

Clients are able to access the space starting at the day of their booking from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 P.M.

WHAT IS THE OCCUPANCY?
The maximum number of guests allowed inside of the venue is 106 seated and 225 for row seating or standing. 

​CAN WE HAVE ALCOHOL?
The Client and the Client’s guests may not bring or consume their own alcoholic beverages at the Venue. Alcoholic beverages may only be dispensed at the Event by a caterer (which may be the Client if the Client satisfies the conditions of this Section), but only if: (a) the caterer has a valid New York State liquor license to sell and serve alcoholic beverages; (b) the caterer also has a valid New York State Caterer’s Alcohol Permit authorizing the sale and service of alcoholic beverages at the Event; (c) food is also served at the Event by the caterer; (d) The Brickhall or the Owner signs the required New York State Liquor

Authority authorization form acknowledging that alcoholic beverages will be sold and served by the caterer at the Event; and (e) the sale and dispensing of alcoholic beverages at the Event is done by the caterer in compliance with the terms of the caterer’s New York State Caterer’s Alcohol Permit and all applicable Laws.

WHERE IS THE PARKING?
Client’s guests may use public parking areas located on Salt Road and Main Street near the Venue. Salt Road parking is only be available until 11:00 p.m. when the town lot closes but Main Street parking has no curfew. The parking area located directly on the Venue can be used for deliveries, passenger loading and unloading, and parking for persons with disabilities. Client must ensure that the driveway at the Venue is clear for emergency vehicles if they need to access the Venue.

​DO YOU OFFER CATERING?
​Clients are expected to make their own catering arrangements.

The Brickhall does not cater events but recommends the preferred caterers of Oliver's or Salvatores Restaurant. If one of the preferred caterers are unavailable to cater the Event, Client may either choose to work with another caterer approved by The Brickhall or, alternatively, Client may cancel the Event and The Brickhall will return Client’s initial deposit within 7 days of Client’s request. If Client hires Oliver's or Salvatore's Restaurant to cater the Event, The Brickhall has agreed with Oliver's and Salvatore's that they will be responsible for cleaning the kitchen at the Venue.
